Return & Refund Policy

At SelfCare Co, we care about your experience as much as we care about your comfort. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free from stains, scents, or damage

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

To start a return, please contact us at info.theselfcareco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (if applicable) may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
